Litigation
Disputes involving patents, designs and trademarks are subject to consideration at two levels:
1. the SPB Appeal Board considers oppositions and appeals arising before grant of patent or issuance of registration certificate for a trademark or design.
2. court
procedure - all kinds of disputes relating to all IP objects
In addition to grounds for opposing in the previous law, The Trademark Law
currently in force provides for an opportunity to file oppositions on the
bad faith ground as well as against agency marks.
The experience accumulated by our attorneys in representing clients disputes
allows them to make an accurate prognosis and estimation of chances for a
success as well as to work out the most efficient and cost-saving strategy.
